Installed in the context of the larger exhibition titled 'UNEARTH.' Inside the tea room the elixir 'space honey,' created especially for the installation, was served. This bright golden raw Russian honey mixed with a tincture of herbs grown in New York was whipped and charged with Siberian crystals. Dollops of the golden elixir were served on carved lemon peel spoons and most guests chose the optional shot of vodka to finish. The sound in this space was a simple chanting in rounds of the Russian word for thank you.
